Jonathan Moss is Director of Medical Practice Business Services at Baystate Health. He majored in Psychology/Sociology at Wesleyan University and received his Health Sector MBA from Boston University with a concentration in Organizational Behavior while working at the Executive Development Roundtable. After consulting with Arthur Andersen, he devoted himself to performance improvement in the revenue cycle at Baystate and led the physician organization to a #1 ranking in the Vizient Annual Billing Office Survey (2019). Jonathan contributes to several Baystate well-being initiatives and has recently completed the Stanford WellMD Director’s Well-Being Course. Formerly an elite rower, Jonathan is also the founder of a community non-profit water-based recreation center in an under-resourced urban neighborhood. He remains an avid (although deteriorating) athlete who continues to thrive at inspiring others to improve their activity levels.
