Janice is a goal-oriented Nurse Leader with over 19 years of experience in Acute Care and Education. Starting as an Emergency Room Nurse in Boston in an Academic Medical Center and progressing to Nurse Leadership.   Her passion is lifting nurses to practice at the highest level of their license and to continue that growth as they continue in their career.

Janice's biggest accomplishments were leading through 4 COVID surges and becoming part of the Wellness Team as a Peer Supporter and Contributor. During this time the organization and the area I was responsible for successfully passed a Joint Commission Audit while in the 4thCOVID surge and a staffing crisis.  Janice believes if you support and listen to your team you will always accomplish your goals while maintaining high quality care.
