Jenifer Gordon, Director of Customer Insights, KLAS Research
Jenifer has worked at KLAS since 2006, and for the past 17 years has held various positions related to internal education and training, management, and data quality. Jenifer is currently a director of customer insights for the Arch Collaborative, an initiative currently focused on measuring and improving EHR satisfaction, working with healthcare leaders to understand and improve clinician EHR satisfaction. Jenifer has a BS from Brigham Young University. In her spare time, you can find her running, learning to play the cello, traveling, and reading.
