Currently Melina serves as the Chief Executive Officer and EVP of the Medical Society of Virginia (MSV). The organization’s revenue has grown nearly 300% under her leadership. She has visioned several innovative solutions for MSV including www.msv.org passing the first of its kind legislative protections for health care clinicians’ wellbeing through the creation of the SafeHavenTM. SafeHaven has been embraced by the Physicians Foundation, American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO), and recognized by the American Medical Association (AMA) and is being shared across the country to provide support for doctors, PAs, nurses, nurse practioners,pharmacists and medical students.
