Dr. Elizabeth Cleek is Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President at the Arnold P. Gold Foundation, an organization committed to the Gold Standard in healthcare – compassionate, collaborative, and scientifically excellent. Dr. Cleek oversees Gold program initiatives in healthcare and health education, develops partnerships that bring new innovation to the organization, and implements strategic priorities important for continuing the Gold Foundation’s mission.
Prior to her work at the Gold Foundation, Dr. Cleek was the Chief Innovations Officer for a multi-service non-profit agency serving people across the life-span with behavioral health, integrated health, housing, and social service needs where she was responsible for identifying and training in evidence-based, person-centered, trauma-informed, and outcomes driven programming. Additionally, Dr. Cleek spearheaded the development of the agency’s outcomes evaluation framework and supported the design and development of numerous initiatives for innovative and award-winning programming.
She has written and presented with colleagues on the use of technology to support implementation of best practice work, the development and implementation of health related interventions for people with Serious Mental Illness, outcomes evaluation, as well as implementation of evidence-based and best practice interventions in 'real world' settings.
She is a graduate of the Graduate School of Applied and Professional Psychology at Rutgers University (PsyD); the Teachers College at Columbia University (MA), and Clark University (BA).
