Mark Allen is the CTO of Cobalt Innovations, Inc. He has served as the technical lead of the Cobalt platform at the University of Pennsylvania Health System since its inception in 2020 and has managed the recent rollouts of Cobalt to NYU Langone and Dartmouth Health.

With almost 2 decades of software industry experience, Mark has a proven track record of leading engineering teams to deliver successful consumer-facing software products at scale.  He has experience across diverse clients, lines of business, and technology stacks.  Outside of work, Mark maintains Open Source Software projects and serves as unofficial taste-tester for his wife's Brazilian bakery.
